Philosophy & Opinions

The following are a handful of opinions and some philosophical thoughts that I have on the subject of Martial Arts that are are partly the result of 30 years of training, partly the result of my analytical mind and partly the result of my very sceptical nature.

Some of the opinions are very controversial and some may even offend some people - I don't apologise for this, nor do I promise to be consistent. I get a great kick out of being proven wrong and adjusting my opinions accordingly - so I encourage you all to make up your own minds.

These articles appear in chronological order - the first one written is listed first and the latest article appears at the end of the list. Not everything written here has a direct martial arts connection.

Warning!! - Not all the articles have been well proof-read, so apologies for spelling and grammatical errors.
